Your role at Vendu Dickhaut Maastricht:
As a General Appraiser, you will have a versatile senior position where you will be responsible for appraising estates at clients' premises, preparing appraisal reports and catalogue texts, and assisting at auctions and viewing days. You will be an important sparring partner for colleagues and management. We see you as strengthening our team by using your expertise and network. We have our vision of the future and would like to include your vision.
What we expect from you:
We are looking for a team player with a hands-on mentality and a keen eye for detail. A colleague who acts proactively and looks beyond the boundaries of his/her own position. You have experience as an appraiser within the auction business, with your TMV certification being an important plus for us. In addition, you have good communication skills in both Dutch and English. From your DNA, you are driven and service-oriented and take pleasure in your contribution to leading the team and Vendu Dickhaut Maastricht to new heights.
Your work in brief:
- Valuing estates at clients' premises;
- Drafting valuation reports, catalogue texts and condition reports (In Dutch and English);
- Act as a question and sparring partner for colleagues and management;
- Thinking along about forward-looking vision and possibly setting out the lines for this;
- Conduct auctions and viewing and valuation days with the team (including outside office hours);
- Maintaining and leveraging your network towards new inputs for future auctions.
