Beneath the centuries-old vaulted ceilings of the former Ursuline boarding school, Merici Hotel opens its doors from 12.00 to 17.00 to anyone curious about the value and history of a special item. Our valuers will assess art, antiques, jewellery, watches, coins and other special items here, free of charge and with no obligation. De Gewelven, one of the most distinctive rooms at Merici Hotel, provides an atmospheric setting where history and stories come together.
If an item has sufficient value or potential to be auctioned, it is possible to leave it at the auctioneer’s immediately after valuation.
You must book an appointment for this no-obligation valuation day; you can do so easily via our appointment calendar. When making your appointment, please specify which items you would like to have valued. To ensure that every visitor receives sufficient time and attention, you may bring a maximum of three items.
