When you have had your items valued by us and they are suitable for auction you can decide to bring them in for auction. Our appraisers will advise you and give an estimate of the possible proceeds. We will provide you with a receipt that briefly describes the items you have brought in. This receipt serves as your contract with Vendu
Dickhaut Maastricht. Sometimes it is necessary to carry out an even more extensive examination. Our specialists will of course already inform you about this during the input. 

After leaving your items with us, they are professionally photographed and, if necessary, more extensive research is carried out by our specialists. After this, the objects are given a lot number and stored insured with us until the auction. You will then receive written notification of the final descriptions and recommended prices prior to the auction. You can always view information about your submitted objects in your Vendu account.

If your items are sold in the auction, you will receive your sales invoice within 3 to 4 weeks after the last day of the auction. In the meantime, you can always view your pro forma invoice in your Vendu account. This invoice shows the proceeds of the items per lot number minus commission and any other costs (see Vendor commission). The net amount will be transferred to your bank account within 4 weeks, once we have received payment from the buyer.
