Auction house Vendu Dickhaut Maastricht has a zurster company Vendu Rotterdam on kipstraat. We also have a collection office, under our label Vendu Valuations, at Gasthuismolensteeg 7 in Amsterdam. You can visit this location every other Monday by appointment for valuations and bringing in objects
What kind of goods will be auctioned?
We organise Art, Antiques, and Jewellery auctions four times a year with a wide range of unique objects. These include sculptures, paintings, jewellery, watches, aziatics, porcelain, furniture, design and collectibles.
We can also help you with items such as white goods, electronics and (garden) tools, these can be auctioned at our sister company Lorentz Auctions

How much commission is charged?
For buying properties, we charge a purchase commission of 29% including VAT. Click here for more information.
What is the payment period after purchase and when can I collect my purchases?
Purchased goods should be paid and collected within five working days after the last auction day Click here To contact us.
Can my purchases be delivered?
Yes. For shipping and transport of purchased lots, we cooperate with several parties. Click here for more information.
Sell
How can I offer my goods?
If you want to submit goods for auction, the goods should first be assessed for suitability for auction. It is useful to first send photos, after this we will contact you. When you have had your goods valued by us and they are suitable for auction, you can decide to submit them for auction.Our appraisers will give an expectation of the possible yield. How much commission is charged?
The seller's commission is 18% including VAT. In addition, you pay a flat fee of €17.50 (including VAT) per contribution for administration costs. Click here for more information.
What happens to my contributed goods, which are not sold?
After the auction, interested parties will have one more week to purchase any unsold goods during the aftersale. For this, we charge the starting bid plus commission and any other costs. Click here for more information.
Sellers whose goods remain unsold after this will receive a new auction proposal from us with adjusted guide prices. Any re-auction will be free of charge. Of course, you are also free to return your goods.
When will the proceeds be paid out?
The net proceeds will be paid 4 weeks after the last auction day, provided the buyer has paid.
Appraisals
What are the valuation fees for valuations for estate or insurance purposes?

What are the valuation fees for valuations for a possible contribution of property?
If you might want to submit goods for auction, a valuation report is not necessary. Click here For the valuation rates of an oral valuation.
How can I request a valuation?
