Wills and inheritance

After a death, the estate is divided among the heirs. This is done according to legal inheritance law or on the basis of a will drawn up by a notary. A will may state exactly who receives what. Auction Maastricht works closely with notaries who can inform you about the legal settlement and execution of the will.

Valuation report

A reliable valuation is indispensable for a fair distribution of an estate. Our appraisers draw up an independent and objective report which accurately establishes the value of the estate. This report can be used for distribution among heirs and for the inheritance tax return to the Tax Administration. All appraisals are carried out in accordance with the Federation TMV guidelines.
